No space for wardrobes in the bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub only accessible through the bedroom. That’s going to be fun with teenagers who want to take a bath with their first partner, maybe in the middle of the night.

Hello, thanks for your ideas.
I had already considered the shower upstairs as well, but due to the door it is unfortunately not possible... I also thought about extending the ceiling on the ground floor / upper floor floor over the last step so that more space for the door could be created, but according to the architect that is not possible...

North is "plan top" in this orientation.

Since we want an attached parents' bathroom, it has become a passage room.

The technical equipment goes to the basement.

Even if it is not there, it does not give you enough space for a proper cupboard. Such a chimney is about 40 x 40 cm.

Parking space in the bedroom would be exactly on the wall where the fireplace is currently planned. So, we currently have a 2.5 m cabinet and then the chimney.

Well, as a teenager I was not in the bathtub with my partner at my parents' house.. the shower in the children's bathroom is certainly sufficient for that..

Judging by the measurements, you now have 2 m for the wardrobe. And without the chimney, you might have 2.5 m. Is that enough for you? And when you come in, you basically always bump into the wardrobe. Our boys liked to do that. They also live there and have the same rights as the parents. I always find it strange to deny the kids a bathtub. But that wasn't the question and it is your decision. Otherwise just like this:

You have to get through narrow doorways everywhere in the rooms. Do you already have three children? Then you should already cringe at the drawn-in furnishings of the children's rooms - especially for child 3. They consist of hotel furniture with a single bed, desk, and wardrobe. What about all the junk children usually have? Or play space? How flexible is the furniture? Your wardrobe space, on the other hand, is very, very tight. You have so much space and yet everything feels cramped.
