Google some distances in the bathroom, especially if you also want grab bars/barrier-free. I’m afraid the room is simply too small for that. Could the washing machine maybe go in another room? Kitchen, bedroom, hallway...? Or do without the bathtub or shower. Also, your plans are missing the installation walls or is everything supposed to be installed in the room walls?

I probably was "afraid" that it would be completely torn apart?
Exactly south below. Ridge from west to east.
The plot is only 11m wide! and 28m long.

I want to live small but comfortable. The depth of 9m (outside)
is given because of the left plot (the other semi-detached house)
since it runs diagonally and otherwise distances cannot be maintained.

But there is still room for the bathroom door. Or you move the utility room wall further to the right according to the plan and place the technology (what was that again) entirely to the left in the utility room and then the washing machine and some household goods in front of it. Door to the utility room .. change the hinge side.

Bedroom window doesn’t fit either and 250 cm with wardrobe and bed in the planned form is ... well. I would turn the bed and place the wardrobe to the bottom right according to the plan.

Apartment door further down according to the plan, so that it is not centered in the hallway but leaves more space for a coat rack/shoe cabinet etc. on the wall to the bedroom.

Bathroom ... grab bars ... are they necessary? Wouldn’t you then also have to plan for a wheelchair and rather do without the bathtub?

The hallway in front of the bathroom and utility room is a bit of wasted space... One possibility would be to plan the bathroom ensuite, meaning access from the bedroom (or swap rooms and have bedroom access through the bathroom), then you could extend the utility room up to the end of the kitchen. Or you place the utility room at the top-left corner of the plan, accessed through the bathroom. And the current utility room could, for example, become a large shower. Or you could eliminate the utility room entirely and instead plan a large closet that stores the vacuum cleaner and such.

Install the utility room door to open the other way and plan it smaller, washing machine in the corner between utility room wall/bathroom wall in a kind of cabinet?

Thank you very much so far for the input!

We are going to adjust the planning a little bit. I will be able to make the house wider on my side because we do plan (have to) include a dormer on the upper floor and thus move the balcony from the east to the south. This will give me an additional meter of width inside and allow me to plan quite differently. I will deal with this over the course of the week, as far as my time permits. I will then post the floor plans here along with the development plan and all other required data...
