A bit too much stereotyping, isn't it?

I consider the 3m, even if extended to 3.5m, to be extremely narrow. This is mainly because one usually drives in forwards and still wants to exit the car as the driver. If the neighbor builds a fence, you then have to keep a distance of 60 (very bad) to 100 cm .. and the car is practically standing on the platform. Paths with bicycles/trash bins around it are simply uncomfortable and impractical.

Unfortunately, we know nothing about the building envelope and the neighboring buildings, otherwise one could possibly shift the house/garage a bit.

The car goes into the garage, so it does not stand on the platform then. One could also get used to driving in backwards right away; in one direction you have to drive backwards anyway. And for the very nervous, you can build a light barrier that locks the front door when you drive past. However, I don't think the trash bins in the back are great either because you always have to pass the car.

Well, a garage with an external dimension of max. 350 cm will have an internal dimension of max. just over 300 cm. Since most cars today are easily 200 cm wide, that is still more than uncomfortable. A carport would be a bit more practical because it lacks external walls.

Overall dimensions 11x10m with two full floors - and with a gable roof? Does that look appealing?

Why not? 30 degrees (for example) over 10 meters is nothing special.
