Oh, a proper wardrobe, 2-meter closet plus dresser is missing, I only see that now. Nobody wants clothes out in the open when looking from the dining table. because a person a) is a cave dweller who usually likes to feel protected when sleeping and b) doesn't like to do acrobatics while cleaning. Yes, it could. I would cover the carport transparently or only with (greened) supports.

Office, it depends on how much space you need. My boss has 40 sqm as a home office because he needs room for plans, etc. My home office space is a desk and a small shelf in case I ever take folders home. I don't have much more space in the office either.

Covering transparently with a glass roof? Or is there a more economical option? What exactly do you mean by greened supports, maybe you have a picture so I can imagine it?

If the transparent carport is also cheaper than the solid wooden roof, I would kill two birds with one stone. ;-)

Regarding objective complaints, nothing jumps out at me here. And/but I would also question the concept at the point "Technikraum im Verbindungstrakt" (but not see it as a disaster). I cannot quite follow your response regarding access to the HAR linguistically. I would probably reduce some of the interior walls to a thickness of 15 cm (KS).

Both are borderline cheap. Wood is only worth it if you can spend a little more than for aluminum; with wooden doors, the choice of supplier alone requires experience. This applies to all materials: the building components are only as good as their installation in the system. I would never take plastic for a stress element – therefore congratulations on your restraint regarding sliding doors!

Good design. The property boundaries are barely visible on the site plan, maybe you should trace them again.

- I would close the hallway between the entrance hall and kitchen with double doors. The purpose is on the one hand to separate the guest WC more from the living space and also to make the office quieter for working. In addition, in my opinion, the open hallway creates an uncomfortable factor - as if you were standing permanently on a platform.

- A surrounding terrace is cool - but expensive. Is that really important?

- I would build the garage and carport now if it is financially possible. The reason is the shared roof with the utility room, which you can hardly leave out. Otherwise, this kind of thing rarely happens.

- The windows and terrace doors are, in my opinion, still somewhat randomly scattered. I would work intensively on the elevations again here. (these would also be interesting to see sometime)

- I would swap the shower and WC in the bathroom.

- By the way, I wouldn’t change anything about the width of the entrance hall. In my opinion, it’s sufficient for a closet - rather, I would move the light element on the door.

- I personally find plastic doors ugly. We have aluminum and are very happy with it. I would have taken wood too.

Oh, the front door is in my opinion too small. Normally it is about 1m wide.
