Combine the children's and guest bathrooms into one nice bathroom. But there's no need to talk about the floor plan. The budget is not enough. You will exceed the million. I also estimate the outdoor area with earthworks at 200k. Without pool and huge trees.

For a house in that style in Bavaria, 3k per sqm will not be enough. Even 5 years ago, that was barely achievable. I don't understand architects who always estimate way too low. This happens so often. They should be aware of the consequences for builders when the house and budget do not match.

Really great project! I think the architect did a good job, even though personally a house like that wouldn't be my cup of tea (to me it always looks like commercial property ;) )

I would build it like that! A little tip from me, since I’m also building on a hillside in Bavaria: your budget won’t be enough by far, but you’re probably aware of that and you have enough equity anyway (just as I estimate) it won’t bother you

Unfortunately, you can find the project within 1 minute. It is anyway too late to delete it. The Bayernatlas shows a much more uniform slope than the architect's plan. But I assume that you have had the property surveyed by the surveyor.

The architect planned it quite well. For 900k you can definitely build it. Or is the land included in that?

Just upload a photo of the southern neighbor, then you can clearly see how it can be built.
