Great project! I like it very much, except for a few minor details (bathrooms in the upper floor). But the budget is never enough!

For a house in this style in Bavaria, 3k per sqm will not be enough. Even 5 years ago, that was hardly achievable. I don't understand architects who always estimate way too low. That happens so often. They should be aware of the consequences for builders when the house and the budget do not match.

I completely agree. You can immediately tell which architects are also property developers and which are not. To be honest, I find it almost irresponsible when an architect comes up with a design that doesn't fit the budget at all.

for me an absolute dream floor plan.
I just don’t understand the guest bathroom.
It would be great to have a second nice children's bathroom with a bathtub, one that really suits the kids. Otherwise, they are constantly in each other's way.
How often does this guest come that they need their own bathroom again?

Otherwise, the walk-in closet has no window, if I see it correctly. It might be nicer with one.

Overall a great floor plan.
Hopefully it can also be implemented, because the architect’s cost estimate will fall far short.

In my opinion, this is a pretty successful draft. It can surely still be optimized a bit, if desired. But only for those who can and want to afford it.
