House Design
Who designed the plan: by me, before conversation with architect
What do you particularly like? Why?
What do you not like? Why?
Cost estimate according to architect/planner:
I expect 3000 to 3100 EUR / m2
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 900k Euro plus garage
Preferred heating technology: heat pump with ring trench collector

Why is the design as it is now? For example
We have meanwhile drawn several floor plans. All our ideas and what is important to us are included. We would like your opinion on where you see optimization potential. The fiction of the house is very important to us. We consciously do without roof dormers, bay windows, etc.

Attached you will find the floor plan and location map. (House should be built parallel to the street, as close as possible to the street)
The difference between two contour lines is 1m.
The arrangement of the rooms has been deliberately chosen this way. Please no discussion that the children's rooms are located in the north.
Currently not developed, completely pasture.

We would be very happy about opinions and even more about suggestions for improvement.

On the one hand, it would probably be helpful for others if you would mark the house with the ancillary facilities on the site plan. On the other hand:

How do "no discussions" go together with "suggestions for improvement"?
Watch your choice of words: most people here have more experience than you.

If the orientation of the children's rooms is your only criticism, I am happy.
And yes, you are right, we are not architects. However, we have ideas and would like to benefit from your experience.

In my original post, I only described it. Attached you will find a picture showing how I would position the building. Thanks for the hint:

I don't understand the stairs ... how can the stair exit on the upper floor be achieved with the stair layout?

It is supposed to be a 1/4 turn staircase. 2 equal legs. Probably less so. But it is also specifically about a tone you use with children and not in a forum where adults are. Not without reason did I ask for the site plan: you are kind of hanging in the air with the house?! I would urgently advise you to leave naive and layman ideas alone and go to an architect who is experienced with slopes. What kind of person is that? Why doesn't he plan with your room program?
