First of all, I just saw your real names and addresses everywhere - is that intentional, so deep in the depths of the internet?

How open are you to changes? It already says building application on it. I was also thinking right away about something like .

I also find the suggestion from pretty good. I was just about to point out the real names. But since they're already there - greetings to the region, we're building about 25km from you right now. :) Who are you building with, if you already know?

Wall thickness will still decrease depending on the construction method and is initially chosen only as an example.
___________
For the attic conversion, all supply lines / precautions are to be considered and then also dependent on the construction method and additional costs.
The space under the stairs is to be developed but has not yet been entered.
On the right wall is the garage and on the left the television.
_________
We also spent a long time deviating from the rectangular shape, but since attic space was still necessary, we moved away from that.
Garage side by side is unfortunately not possible because it must be within the building boundary and the 12 m length came from the building authority, which also surprised us.
The bay window came about probably because a steel beam from the stairs is required and otherwise it would have become asymmetrical (see e.g. appendix) or the exit through the dining area would be blocked, but it might still be replaced.

By planrechts I of course mean the planrechts that results from the orientation of your floor plan views ... and that is on the planrechts the wall with the television, where there would certainly still be room for a window ;)

The widening of the house at the front has nothing to do with the existence of the attic, does it? What do you think?
At the front, I would not have planned a garage either, just 2 parking spaces.
