Roughly sketched, with an effort to stay very close to the original draft. Basically, every centimeter gained in width here is a benefit. Foregoing this only brings disadvantages.

On the ground floor, the gain in space for the kitchen line is crucial. With 6 x 60 cm standard cabinets, you can plan something nice. In the original draft, there are only a meager 4.

On the upper floor, it is a true relief for the bathroom and also for the children's rooms. Here, 3.10 m bathroom width beats the previous 2.38 m (!) by far and lets you breathe easier. The children's room also gains from 2.61 m to 2.90 m, which normalizes the feeling of space. The straight staircase allows the hallway to be made a bit narrower, so that both children's rooms can enjoy the effect.

On the attic floor, little changes. Due to lack of data on the knee wall, I have only indicated it.

Is there a survey plan of the property? This is about centimeters after all.

Is there an aerial photo of the surroundings?

Here is a suggestion with 15*8m. The garage can still be extended to the back as a parking space. The HA room and the stairs will be placed against the wall.
