You are compromising your west garden with the garage/carport, resulting in a fragmented garden.

I would rather place the double garage/carport to the east, next to the utility room, then you have a nice continuous garden.

Or put the house in the northwest corner and the garden towards the southeast, with a trapezoidal garage/carport. Floor plan mirrored.
It's a matter of taste whether it should face the street or the parents... I would probably choose option 3. I think you'll get the most sunlight and the most garden if you only build a single garage.

Thanks for the tips.
Unfortunately, we can’t place the garage in the east because we have to keep the 6 m distance from the street to maintain a uniform appearance.
Option 3 does indeed create the biggest and best garden.
A south/east garden means sun in the morning and during the day and shade in the evening, right?
Although there is still space in the west for an “evening sun terrace.”

I have consulted with the office, regarding the floor space index we do not need to worry. The neighbors have all built relatively generously, since it is a mixed area of residential and commercial. So we are on the safe side.

If you make a double garage out of it and change the floor plan, e.g. where the guest room is now in Cube 3 variant, the kitchen, then you would have a really great courtyard opportunity there, promising cozy evenings.

In the south garden you also have west sun, if no house is in the way (which should be the case for you) and an evening sun terrace can be set up anyway in addition. Once you live there and the house is standing, you see where the sun shines the longest and where you can realize this additional seating area. On hot days, a terrace on the east side in the afternoon is very pleasant because no sun umbrella or sun sail creates such a "cool" shade as the house itself.
