The kitchen is the version that the house seller draws in. That has nothing to do with our planning yet.
We have another plan, which is a bit bigger.
But I don’t really like the bathroom situation on the upper floor here.
Unfortunately, the "stuff" has to be stored about 90% warm and dry. Hunting sack, sleeping bags, thick pants, etc.

I also consider a floor plan discussion to be premature. First clarify the division and determine the buildable area. A preliminary building inquiry might be useful.

It seems to me that according to Par 34 the plot for the existing house is too small.
I don't see it that way yet and also recommend a building inquiry.
Orally on the phone without a plan, one tends to forget facts that the building authority then approves non-bindingly, as they assume in case of questions that the facts have been explored and are compliant.

Hello,
thank you for your reply, I don’t quite understand what you mean by that.
My father currently owns parcels 1051 and 1114. Back then it was missed to create a parcel, now it is being made up for.
From plot 1100 he will then receive the partial area as well, so his plot will be quite large.

Is that what you meant?
Regards

Maybe you should consider that we don't know the situation.
If I ask how big the plot will be, and you say that your father's plot has 200-something, then one has to believe that here.
Accordingly, we build the answers here. With false or unmentioned facts, we cannot advise you on anything.

Sorry, that's why I corrected myself. Of course, that is obvious to me, but you couldn't have known that. But with the new information, your concerns should be resolved, right?
