Number 28 on the site plan would be the corresponding one. I also find the hallway too large and poorly planned, but I haven't really come up with something better yet. Ok, I'll keep looking for a suitable one for the ground floor, upstairs you can usually manage with the space.

A real-life example: My little one still got a few bottles at night and we were visiting my parents. They have a window by the stairs.
Every now and then I had to go down to the kitchen at night to get more supplies for the little caterpillar ... it was always a gauntlet to avoid showing my bare bottom to the whole neighborhood.
My mother also always sneaks past when she notices that the targeted top is still lying on the washing machine downstairs.

I’m glad there are other designs – besides ours – where the staircase is planned into a bay window. We have the staircase similarly, but with an even larger window. Our decision was to take the risk. Now we finally have good reasons to buy nice bathrobes and pajamas.
