Except for the windows in the bathroom, I find the ground floor quite good.
If you put a door to the private area after the stair access,
a good separation is present.
However, the basement is of course anything but satisfactory. Those are just confined rooms. Woe betide if the man has to quickly get toilet paper from the cellar in the evening while the woman is having her Tupperware party
It’s a snail labyrinth, as you would find in a book.
Yes, that's just not acceptable. The staircase at the edge of the living room is already awkwardly placed. The toilet as a nuisance on all levels... at least next to the stairs you can set a small hallway that makes the rooms accessible, right?!
