What I like:
- "private" area on the ground floor between the bathroom and the 3 rooms
- large unfragmented living room
What I don’t like:
- long hallway on the ground floor
- WC in the basement directly off the living room

In the thought experiments about the 2 staggered apartments, I also took another look at the side view of the plot ...

The building line of the neighboring house is at 4.5m with a recess in the entrance area at 3m. If I try to follow this line, it would almost be conceivable to build a "normal" section with the entrance below, or a split-level variant and a staircase from the street to the house. However, I prefer an entrance at street level. The neighboring house has that too.
