Upstairs there is the bedroom, the guest room, and the guest living room. That makes three rooms.
The kitchen downstairs with the dining area does not count as a room; and if the living room downstairs flows into the kitchen/dining area, as is often the case nowadays, I don't consider it a room either. ;-) (Hallways, dressing rooms, bathrooms, etc. are not rooms anyway.)

I call that generous. :-)

According to this, we have a zero-room house.

Sounds interesting. Let’s see if I can find your floor plan somewhere.

Do you then call your design rather a "loft"?

So here I am again. It has been quiet for some time, as we have been browsing house building catalogs and focusing on the search for a plot of land. Now we have made the first big step and have bought a plot. It is elongated in shape, quite large with around 1770 m2, and oriented north/south. It is located in beautiful MV, about 30 minutes from Plau am See. The bungalow would be built at the northern end, so the southern part of the plot will be the garden. Here is a first sketch of how it seems ideal to us as a place of rest for 2 people. Experienced house builders can surely assess this well; perhaps we still have some major mistakes in it. Also, there are surely already established builders and women who know a reliable and decent developer in the region. I would be very happy about information.

Congratulations on the property! Where is south, where is the access road? maybe it's about time you fill out the questionnaire and provide the site plan of the local community!
