No way, with the amount of posts by Nordlys even I give up. However, he contributes to several bungalow threads with insights into his house – the outdoor facilities are mostly seen in the house pictures thread – for example here:

upstairs
bedroom with huge walk-in closet and wellness bathroom,
guest wing with double bed, private shower bath and living room,
downstairs 50-60m2 living room,
huge kitchen with dining area,
hallway 30m2 with staircase and gallery and guest WC and cloakroom.
A quiet retreat indeed

... but I now count significantly more than three rooms.

Here are a few basic ideas.

    [*]approx. 130-145m² living space
    [*]hip roof pitch approx. 25-35°
[*]master bedroom approx. 15m², study approx. 12m², guest room approx. 14m², kitchen approx. 20m², living room approx. 30m², guest bathroom approx. 9m², storage room approx. 4m², pantry approx. 5m², utility room approx. 15m², terrace
[*]master bedroom with dressing area separated by wall (no door)
[*]bathroom access only from master bedroom
    [*]pantry directly accessible from kitchen
[*]kitchen open towards living area but slightly concealed, e.g. with kitchen island or counter
[*]low hallway proportion in relation to living space
[*]utility room as dirt lock, i.e. with external access
    [*]guest room near guest bathroom
    [*]guest bathroom near main entrance
[*]guest room not directly adjacent to master bedroom and not accessible from living area
[*]built barrier-free, no thresholds at exit doors
[*]terrace accessible from living room, possibly partially covered
    [*]bright rooms with large windows
    [*]windows and doors triple-glazed
    [*]energy-efficient house at least KfW55
    [*]covered entrance
    [*]vestibule
[*]fireplace in living room possibly integrated into room divider
[*]ventilation system with heat exchanger, heating by heat pump, solar thermal, solar collectors, rainwater for toilet flushing (underground tank connection)

As planning progresses, many things will certainly change, so this is to be understood as the first thoughts.

we had most of the thoughts/wishes too,
some must-haves, some nice-to-haves.
For us, there had to be a sauna, room for 12 people to eat, and the plot is 16m wide.
The bungalow now has 155m2 of floor area, with 125m2 of living space.
We had to make compromises, like every builder.
Planning is fun and plan from the inside, from the workflows and functions of the rooms.
We didn't find any floor plan from a company, it was the sauna.
Let us participate in the planning once a plot is found. Every finished floor plan from a company works, but every one is also a compromise.

I like the engagement with how you want to live. Stick to thinking in scenes like cooking and simultaneously entertaining or privacy for guest and host. From this, in what way and in which format does interaction with a plot arise. Playing with floor plans beforehand helps in forming intentions. What requires a lot of work and what does not is not dependent on square meters, but on demands, organization, and delegation. Eventually, the delegation effort will also be high; until then, hopefully, there is still plenty of time. We bought a plot and went to several architects with our favorite life scenes, preferences, and images of aspects and houses we liked. One understood us best and was enthusiastic about the project. There were hardly any specifications regarding shape and square meters, a very large building window, few building regulations, a challenging slope location, and a flexible budget. What he presented to us surprised us enormously. Now we have a house that significantly deviates from common standards, which fits us perfectly and works excellently for us.
