I see basic thoughts there that 90% of prospective builders without children have ;)

I read clearly more than general requirements there.

I searched a bit through my saved floor plans...

Hauscompagnie ... everything somewhat wider/deeper .. Child 1 and 2 as guest and study rooms, work integrated into the sleeping/bathroom/dressing area, technical area a bit more divided, living area possibly somewhat smaller.

Gussek Haus - Meran ... arrange the parent area a bit differently, guest area quite directly at the entrance. More than a possible sketch ... also depends heavily on your property.

Cool, desks matching the house corpus :D
I actually like the slants in the rooms - there’s something about them!

@ kbt09 Thank you for the floor plans. Both look very neat. In HC 119 there should be no door between the living room and kitchen, only a large opening, and since there is one "too many" rooms, I would change the room layout. I find the cramped mini-hallway at the entrance somewhat unattractive. The Gussek House M. has no pantry and having to leave the room and go through 2 doors is impractical. Therefore, the kitchen area would have to be planned differently. It is also larger but you don't really get much out of it. The guest wing is nicely separated, the study could be the room next to the master bathroom. Otherwise, many good ideas. Great, thank you very much

HC119 - The hallway can be reorganized together with the two children's areas and the bathroom. And the separation between dining/living is definitely variable .. although it naturally also has its advantages. One can read/watch TV in the living area etc. -- the other chats with a visitor in the kitchen .. wide sliding door between the areas and you can combine them or separate them as needed.

In general, both floor plans were only meant as conceptual sketches. Because first of all, you have to have the plot ;).

Have fun.
