Hello everyone,
when I write it like this now, it sounds a bit silly, but basically it is like that.
Our current house is much bigger and with about 140m² we would have to restrict ourselves quite a bit.
My partner and I are still active people, we like cooking and have hobbies that also require some space.
The Lillehammer is suitable for 4 people... we are 2 people and with guests we will be 4. But the pure square meter number says little, the layout is certainly much more decisive.
We do not have a plot yet. It will be chosen based on the required size and orientation of the building. I had imagined about 1000-1500m², as another smaller house and later a pool are to be integrated.
I do not want to commit to the available funds here and just want to say that it will be sufficient after selling the current property.
I imagine that cooking will take place in the kitchen-living area, but conversations can also take place in the living room. So the kitchen area flows seamlessly into the dining or living space. The kitchen itself could be semicircular (U-shaped) or have a kitchen island. Possibly a not too large room divider with a gas fireplace could be placed in between.
On the living room side, a flatscreen or screen could be integrated into the room divider, although we actually do not watch TV.
Well, it will develop... as they say, appetite comes with eating.

Without land, floor plans are a nice gimmick to find your needs. If you like a floor plan, check whether everything fits or what needs to be changed. Do the furniture fit, is it senior-friendly, etc.

The property is intended as a place of rest, so there is no need to commute to a workplace. Thus, quite a large area around Güstrow up to the Seenplatte is available for selection, and I am confident of finding a suitable plot there. And the "spielerei" with the design of the house can at least be done now; travelling to search for a property is currently out of the question.

defines a quiet retreat for you, 3 rooms, compact, accessibility, or 4 rooms, more space, more work, or 5 rooms, lots of space, 1500m2 plot, lots of work. Known people now have cleaning lady, pool boy and gardener (2000m2 plot, with 280sqm 3-room house), How much time do you spend at home, besides WoMo, sailboat, cruises, 4 months a year in the south, vacations are getting longer, no one counts the 30 days

I call that an unusual combination. Is that an open-plan room and separate bedrooms?

Where can one see the model from ? He has hidden his profile and his posts cannot be displayed.
Apparently it is forbidden in the forum to link anything: but does that also apply to internal forum links to another thread? If yes: how do I find the thread about Nordlys' house? Can you give me a search term that brings his house up first?
