Hello everyone,
when I write it like this now, it sounds a bit silly, but basically it is like that.
Our current house is much bigger and with about 140m² we would have to restrict ourselves quite a bit.
My partner and I are still active people, we like cooking and have hobbies that also require some space.
The Lillehammer is suitable for 4 people... we are 2 people and with guests we will be 4. But the pure square meter number says little, the layout is certainly much more decisive.
We do not have a plot yet. It will be chosen based on the required size and orientation of the building. I had imagined about 1000-1500m², as another smaller house and later a pool are to be integrated.
I do not want to commit to the available funds here and just want to say that it will be sufficient after selling the current property.
I imagine that cooking will take place in the kitchen-living area, but conversations can also take place in the living room. So the kitchen area flows seamlessly into the dining or living space. The kitchen itself could be semicircular (U-shaped) or have a kitchen island. Possibly a not too large room divider with a gas fireplace could be placed in between.
On the living room side, a flatscreen or screen could be integrated into the room divider, although we actually do not watch TV.
Well, it will develop... as they say, appetite comes with eating.
