Sorry, but this is a terrible design that does not deserve to be built.
The disproportion between the parents' wing and the children's rooms has already been mentioned, as well as that of the bathrooms.
A play attic will also do the children no good when they get older and need a retreat.
A glass wall in the bedroom to be able to see the dining table is also... special.
My recommendation: sit down again and start over. With 200m², much more living quality for the whole family is possible than with this design.
P.S.: Honestly, I also don't understand why one would submit a building application with a floor plan they are only moderately satisfied with.
