I don't think your approach is bad at all. If you swap the living room and kitchen, the HAR door would be in the kitchen. Would that be okay?

Otherwise, quickly:

I'll skip the attic for now due to lack of time. But it's unproblematic.

This will get you to about 90 cm.

That should be enough. The T also works with 11 cm wall pipes in the wall. Then it’s almost 1 m.

Room swaps and rotations are often feasible anyway. But anyway, you are on the right track.

Paint over the T. If you live there, no one asks about the letter in the bathroom. Rather, it will be noticed that because of a letter there is no room in the not very large bathroom anyway.

Quickly, it has become a much bigger house. But the approach is still good. Here are some more inspirations if one would change something small (dimensions 9.80 x 8.50) I think it will soon slowly move towards the exterior view windows in the north.

Floor area 84.6 sqm vs 83.3 sqm from the original plan - but now we're being picky, aren't we?

If the tip is to be expanded, I would try to accommodate the technology there and plan only a mini connection room for electricity and water on the ground floor.
