Hello everyone
we are currently in the floor plan planning of our house.
We would be interested in your opinion regarding the ground floor. What would you do differently and why?
Is the utility room too small? One could also use part of the laundry room for the electrical connections.

At first glance, I can immediately say that the [Technikraum] is too small. I agree with [ypg] on the rest.

The furniture is drawn way too close together, that doesn’t fit like that (e.g. in the kitchen). And you climb into the pantry over the countertop? Or did I misunderstand something there? o_O Besides, the staircase is a meter too short if I interpret the measurements correctly.

Then the utility room fits perfectly with the other rooms, actually the whole place is oddly shaped. To a remarkably notable degree, I would add.

The garage is nice... unfortunately, I have to agree with the others, almost no room layout fits here & I still haven't understood the thing with the pantry...
