The locking of the entrance to the pantry is a new variant of the band for stomach reduction, I assume ;-)

I have a spontaneous suggestion for changes to the upper floor. The room shapes would be clearer, and the dressing room wouldn't be confined. Also, I find the bedroom in your floor plan too narrow. 3m minus 2m bed leaves 50cm on each side to the wall. I would make the hallway a bit narrower, 2.5m should be sufficient, and you can use the space well in the rooms. The windows would of course need to be adjusted. Whether everything fits in detail would of course have to be checked.

The pantry is accessible through the kitchenette. The door is then clad with the kitchen front, so that it cannot be distinguished from the rest of the kitchen.

Schwörerhaus likes to build it that way.

You go through the tall cabinets.
Is there any update regarding the questionnaire?
Overall way too complicated and cramped.
The hallway is too long and too dark at the end. It has a depressing effect.
Laundry room/garage door cannot be used with a car inside.
Upstairs, the children’s room and bedroom have wasted entrance space, which comes from poor planning and needs to be redone if it is to be reasonable. The children’s room is also quite small because of this. 10 sqm usable area.
The staircase is one meter too short.
Triple dining options will probably see hardly any use of two of them.
The guest bathroom is too small to use.
The plan has obviously never been seen by a professional. Every standard is better utilized.

I liked it as a token of recognition, because basically you thought it through quite smartly. Unfortunately, this is not a design with few flaws, but one that in my opinion can only really be saved by a fresh start. I hope that was the intention despite the drawing. I have nothing to add to this conclusion ;-)
