Build with the terrain. I don't understand why someone would want to change a plot of land like that. It all has to be contained at the edges as well. A bit of modeling for a flat terrace or driveway is fine, but a basement can be well utilized. Ok... lifting system... but it will probably work for the kitchen. I am always in favor of the direct route living/dining room to the garden... But here, you don't know the orientation, nor the terrain, nor the plot.

I would hardly include the transportation costs. The gravel also has to be transported to your construction site. Ask farmers you know about the soil, as they sometimes need earth.

Something is getting mixed up here.

1. Lifting system: If no wastewater occurs in the basement, you don't need a lifting system either, then the pipes are simply routed sideways below the basement ceiling (above the backflow level) to the outside. So the same situation with/without a basement. Guests can certainly also go upstairs to the guest toilet. Condensate drain of the

2. 200m³ excavation: That's only half the truth. The mineral mixture base when building without a basement is also not just dumped into the dirt, especially on a slope, the clay will also have to be excavated to have a roughly level surface for the mineral mixture, otherwise the house together with the mineral mixture bed will slide down the slope. Long story short: In the end, you also have 100m³ excavation or more without a basement.

3. Backfilling excavation on the property? Sloped terrain is naturally suitable for raising the lower part, or for designing the garden in terraces.

The question was, if I am not mistaken, how much a fecal-capable lifting system costs, not the bathroom. Its cost does not change if it is located somewhere else.

What is the average cost of a fecal-compatible lifting system when installing a bathroom in the basement? Are we talking about €1000? €10,000?

A bathroom is to be installed in the basement because it is going to be a living basement (garden side completely exposed due to the slope).

The excavation is quite clayey and not very suitable for backfilling.
