The second staircase in room 3 is access to the roof terrace and would also be used as a built-in closet, similar to what you would do in a tiny house. The room is intended to be double-occupied with a bunk bed that can be separated by a curtain and would additionally offer space for cabinets etc.

This is a former workshop with high ceilings, which should not be forgotten; platform/bunk beds are also planned even in the small rooms.

A shower could be added to every bathroom; under the stairs there is already a bathroom with a shower.

The entire furnishing is only exemplary and has nothing to do with the actual furniture.

The living room is absolutely sufficient; we currently also use a smaller one additionally as a dining room. I do not understand the criticism there.

In my defense, I posted the pictures here under the first post; they were probably deleted by a moderator.

Where do you want to put house electrics, water, etc.? I can't agree with this planning at all. Just seeing the wardrobe of other 6-person families alone busts your planning. Take some graph paper, draw in proper furniture and the minimum movement area. For a 2x1 m dining table, there is already a space requirement of 4x3 m.

So the south is on the right side of the plan? So you are planning to put the dining table in the wardrobe?! Naturally? Sorry for all the questions, but this staircase on the right side of the plan above the ground floor has an arrow that can be interpreted as the stair’s starting point. What is a helping user supposed to think here? We are not AI, but also just humans. Nevertheless, for better understanding, you can show the site plan. Because: where is the parking space, where the street? Since it’s about the floor plan, and if you have already considered relocating the entrance yourself, it actually forbids you from not showing the site plan, because it might be that a suggestion with a different entrance location would be better. For me, it is a no-go to degrade the dining area to the wardrobe and/or vice versa when there are 6! people. And I see another fundamental problem in planning a roof terrace far away from the kitchen. There is also no storage space in the house, where one can put a suitcase or broom. You then basically place the mop in front of the stair’s starting point in the so-called pantry corner?! Regarding furnishing: a furnishing that one arranges oneself shows where either too much space is wasted or space is sufficient. If you take the toilet as a benchmark, I don’t even see a sink possible in the bathrooms yet. Note: the headroom on the first floor by the staircase with the roof hatch is not sufficient.

The problem is that you present your ideas here and not the current state. It is not clear what is yours and what is existing. The stair length on the right side of the plan is currently roughly 450 cm long, the tread width at the top measures in relation to the 1710 about 140 cm. The bed measures 230 x 300, incomprehensible dimensions for a bed. Stairs are best planned one above the other so that no living space is wasted. It is common knowledge that small children like to share a room for sleeping, nevertheless I would grant everyone their real own space, because people rarely share friends, and everyone has their own circle. On the left side of the plan the rooms can be enlarged, below the plan there is still room for another room. The wall at the top of the plan would then be the hallway and here cabinets could replace storage space. The stairs to the roof terrace then above the existing stairs (ground floor/upper floor) and not through the children’s privacy, where you would have to walk over Lego bricks. Overall, four children's rooms fit on the upper floor. However, as already said beforehand: where a stair goes up, head clearance is needed in the next floor. I do not know a roof terrace that does not have another smaller room upstairs, basically a stairwell is needed. If this room should be an exit, it must also cover the second half of the stairs.

For a small shower bathroom, the space on the ground floor is sufficient, but of course ventilation upwards and disposal must also be considered.

First, I would plan a spacious wardrobe with 3 meters of continuous closet space at the entrance. Then the kitchen can be in the middle right part of the plan as a passage room. The living area is ample with over 25 sqm and still needs to be furnished here with a dining table.

Overall, much would probably be feasible if one imagines that at least the 17 x 6 is correct. But one cannot make big leaps in one’s wishes. I also see the roof terrace as currently not possible and not practical.

It is also not visible that an architect planned here. The exterior walls are far too narrow and mistakes have crept in elsewhere as well. The objection concerning the technical room is also justified: somewhere the basic stove with the fuel must also be placed. All of this is thought of too naively and drawn accordingly.

Placeholder. Is something else coming here? If not, I will delete the sample draft in my projects.
