Thank you for the quick feedback.
So in the 3D view and also the architect's planning, it is intended that the garage is not in front of the window but, due to the height difference, stands a bit below the window and offers a good view into the valley.
Since we are bringing our kitchen from the current apartment, such a flat hood is already available :)
The cooktop is not optimally depicted in the pictures because it is somewhat elongated.
We have already gotten used to the grease splatters in front of the cooktop and from experience we know that it only affects the area in front of the island in exceptional cases. After all, we know our kitchen.

The stairs and thus the dirt area also represent more of an emergency solution for us, but we have not succeeded in changing this sensibly. Especially since, with our desired large living-dining area, we have to make some compromises.

The point about the front door and the direct view of the utility room has never been so clear to us, thank you for the hint, we will discuss it further.

Many greetings

If you are aware of that, you can already take appropriate measures.

For example, in this constellation, I would advise against a wooden staircase, as you would probably get scratches in the wood quite quickly from the fine stones from the street.

That’s a good point. If you are already considering giving up the storage room in the attic, I would, in your place, allocate part (right half) of this storage room to the bathroom. Simply extend the storage room wall towards the hallway into the bathroom (without the currently planned step) and rotate the entire shower by 90°. Then you would have significantly more interior height in the area of the showerhead and could, for example, also realize a rain showerhead, which simply needs a bit of distance from the head of the person showering to function properly. As planned, wouldn’t part of the sloping roof also have to be tiled in the area of the shower? I personally always find that somewhat visually oppressive...

Dirk

I did not expect so many and such quick comments.

A big compliment to everyone who takes the trouble to help us:)

As already mentioned, we are not quite finished with the window planning yet. We have also thought about the long way to the sink and stove and want to place the sink rather under the window.

The idea of greening the garage is a very good tip.

We thought that the somewhat winding path to the living room would make everything seem less linear. Maybe then a larger door in the middle and on both sides a nice window; this will be added to the list of possible improvements :) We chose the pantry this way because we did not want to "waste" a whole wall for it and definitely want to have one.

The window sill was designed by the architect to look like a "glass" corner of the house.

We know about the upper part as well; however, it is also possible that we will use a children’s room and then the bedroom will become a children’s room.

We probably also need to talk about the shower head and whether it fits. Possibly then enlarge the two windows in the children’s rooms.

Best regards

That is, in my opinion, a good starting point.

That's how we did it as well:

Our house is a little over 9 meters wide.

Yes, so basically we liked the bathroom layout because there should be no glass surface that needs to be cleaned in the shower. These glass surfaces do look nice, but they really can't be kept clean with our hard water. The tiles on the slant could of course actually seem a bit oppressive. The front wall of the shower should not be pulled all the way up either, but this still needs to be discussed in detail due to possible splashes. The revision is also on the list. Thanks also for the picture:-) You also have quite a few window areas, I really like that.

I consider the pantry unnecessary, it only takes up space (walls, doors, connections ...). I would rather suggest large built-in closets in the corner.

The door exit of Child 1 is right next to the stairs, one misstep at night and ... (we unfortunately have the same problem in our bedroom), it's suboptimal.

I would remove the 45° corners.
