We have been planning our floor plan for over a year. Unfortunately, after the 5th draft, I am still not satisfied. At least with the ground floor. In my opinion, the upper floor has turned out really well. Maybe you can help me/us. We have the following problem. - Distance between sofa and TV too narrow - long distances due to straight staircase - missing wardrobe (under the stairs is not an option because of the narrow hallway) Would you have any suggestions for improvement? We also do not want to start from scratch again. Important for us: City villa Access to garage through utility room - pantry Large windows, large kitchen

Wow. And how long have you been fiddling with this model? Please also be sure to sketch the site plan with dimensions.

Make the kitchen one meter shorter. 3.60 line length is still more than sufficient.

I count 19 doors for the house???
