I believe what ypg meant is that the location of the HWR on the upper floor is not exactly ideal, as you always have to walk through the parents' bedroom first with the laundry.

And yet this is purely an academic discussion. Because the division of the rooms also depends on the orientation of the plot. For example, one would not want the children's rooms to face north, etc. Therefore, a floor plan will look very different depending on the plot, even if the outer shell is identical.

we are currently looking for a suitable plot where the development complies with §34. It's not exactly easy, but you keep finding building gaps where it would be possible. We come from the Gummersbach district.

§ 34 is certainly not the problem; the ups and downs in this area, however, are. In this respect, your floor plan might be missing a basement ;)
