Hello,

enough has already been said about the floor plan, especially the kitchen is questionable.

To be honest, the second design reminds me of a signal box of the federal railway from the outside.

Best regards

Behind the long runway, there is no garage or carport shown? The basement office still has windows without light wells, i.e., there is still a lack of congruence between the planned and the graphically depicted terrain?

Hello Dietmar, Thank you very much for your opinion. Could you perhaps elaborate on what is questionable about the kitchen? Thanks

Hello,

the large area in the kitchen is wasted space, the added value of the L shape is not clear to me. Access through the dining room or living room is also not ideal in my opinion.

Katja proposed a design further ahead with stairs in the north and a kitchen island. In my opinion, it should move in this direction.

Best regards

Yes, a completely different style than before. That’s like 10 steps back. It’s so dull, conservative, too spacious between the work areas

Do you mean the corner in the partition wall? That will be furnished away.

What do you have in mind there? What kind of windows are those now? Are they actually supposed to be divided-light windows? I don’t think that’s so bad overall.

You have too many gaps in the walls and therefore no space for furniture. Give up the middle window on the facade front and use the wall corner for better furnishing for the shower or so.

The bedroom window is way over on the east side and also a complete stylistic break.
The second child’s room belongs on the right side under the other child’s room, the bedroom then on the west side, the dressing room should do without a window, at least one that deep. Move the fireplace chimney about 50cm to the left in the plan.

I like the wide mouth on the south side less and less.

Unfortunately, I still find that a lot of space is created in many places that has no use at all .. for example, right in the kitchen. Could it be that a chimney is planned there, around which you always have to go both towards the terrace and from the upper floor when going to and from the kitchen?

These are huge square meter numbers... but an uncomfortable bathroom, dressing room facing south, double bed under a window, study in the basement without a light well.
