So, first of all, many thanks for the numerous feedbacks, now I will try my best to answer.
We have decided on plot no. 49. The specifications for WA 4 apply there. I had written 1.5-story construction, but of course a 1-story construction method is specified there, however recessed stories or expanded gables would be possible. However, this does not really fit because of the limited ridge height.
Next regarding the garage, there is a partition wall drawn in, but it does not necessarily have to be there. If so, one might perhaps install a fixed-glass element there, so that the garage does not become too dark even when closed. Here I would plan less for bicycles and garden tools but rather a workbench and space for a basic stock of tools.
Overall, one has to see whether the garage should not be made wider so that there is more space around the car. In that case, the right wall would be moved a bit so that the hallway would ultimately no longer be 2 m wide. At the same time, the pantry could then be made somewhat smaller in favor of the office and WC. If now other things than food (unneeded kitchen appliances, etc.) are stored in the pantry, that certainly wouldn’t be a problem. Alternatively, one could of course swap pantry and utility room and then have one fewer door to the provisions.
I can also very well imagine the washing machine in the storage room of the garage, would accordingly provide electricity and water connection there...
A dressing room without a window is, as chand said, of course not optimal but cannot really be avoided. In addition, you are mainly inside there when it is not bright enough outside yet or anymore and then you turn on the light. The door problem is correct, let’s see how it can be reduced.
Children’s rooms should certainly still be usable with a width of 3 m and a 1.40 m bed. Depending on the ceiling height, one could also work with a loft bed there. I always enjoyed something like that when I was younger.
No controlled residential ventilation is planned. I would not dry laundry freely hanging in the utility room but only wash and possibly dry in the dryer. For ventilation, I have provided forced ventilation to the garage there.
The kitchen is still a bit too narrow for me, I would also have it extend slightly into the living room. However, it must be closed as I do not want the noise and odors in the living room. Moving it to the place of the pantry/utility room would not please us, the garage is best placed on the side and the kitchen would then have no window to the outside.
The drawn dining area in the kitchen is only for visualization that a table would be possible there. We actually do not plan it there.
How we are supposed to decouple the children’s area from the rest of the apartment has unfortunately not occurred to me yet.
I keep the idea of the vestibule between the children’s room and guest bathroom in mind, I like it.
The staircase to the attic will probably be ruled out because of our flat roof idea.
I do not see the bedroom with windows to the west and south as such a big problem now. We currently have that in the attic as well and it does not get too warm there. I just really like the sun in the morning.
I do not see the issue with the four doors to the children’s room as such a big problem, I think at least two would usually be open there.
Much own contribution means that we are very skilled technically and have many trades represented in the family. Almost everything can be done by ourselves: exterior work, wood, metal, masonry, plastering, tiling, electrical, etc.
And yes, 250k€ including ancillary building costs.
I hope I have now at least given some answers. More will follow tomorrow...
