Yes, the image has somehow been rotated... :) The entrance should be on the right and the garage next to it. Could you detail this once if you are interested?

Good morning, ah ok the entrance is on the right. It was hard to see, but now I understand :). So I generally think it will be difficult if the living area is on the right with large windows and the garage is also on the right. Especially since the plot is only 19m wide. The garage would take the light away from the rooms. Or am I misunderstanding something? ;) According to your drawing, the stairs would now be in the north. But with our plot, that is practically the prime spot even though it is north. A further view into the valley, the next house over 50 meters and more away. And our garden in the north is also about 400m2 large. The terrace at the front is basically only planned for days when it gets too cold in the north. You wouldn’t believe how often I have moved the rooms around. I will really be glad when the day comes that we submit the building application ;)

Yes, I felt the same way... :) But you still have the kitchen at the back and the balcony open, and you can also look from the dining area to the left and back, which should also be very nice... No idea... In the end, you have to live in it anyway. :)

That's true, everyone has different opinions about that :). Basically, we are satisfied with the floor plan. The upper floor will still be changed, children's room to the southwest. What still bothers me a bit, but cannot be changed because of the garage, is that our window front extends over the northwest instead of the east-south area (floor plan mirrored) as we wanted. But you can't do it any other way because of the garage. Do you think it's bad to have to orient the windows like that? If I take our neighbor, then he has mostly oriented his large windows to the east-south.

Hm, well I don't find the orientation of the windows dramatic at all, especially since they are planned to be really nice and big for you! I would definitely give the children each an additional window in a dwarf gable facing southwest. And I think the rooms have to be somehow the same size, but maybe the architect will come up with something nice for you. :)

Thank you...that reassures me that you see it the same way. I believe by now I'm just overthinking it ;). Exactly, I also hope that she creates something and manages to make the two rooms more similar right away.
