Oh look, has the lack of variety of the (previously known to me four) icons finally improved? - then I have to take another look at it sometime. And on the ground floor, even though thinner, everything is concrete?

yes, made of concrete according to the performance specification

Interior walls
· The ground floor interior walls according to the construction plan are made of concrete C 25/30 with lightweight aggregate or according to the structural requirements, thickness 6.5 cm, are wallpaperable and factory-primed (the walls must not be primed again or treated with wallpaper primer or similar). The walls must be wallpapered or, for other wall treatments, coated with painter’s fleece. Interior or partition walls not shown in the aforementioned construction plan are not included in our scope of supply.

Is there anything speaking against that?

A cross-section through the house would be interesting or at least the knee wall height and the 2m line.

Why is the guest WC window so high? I would make the window rather horizontal and higher, to prevent direct visibility inside.

Why does a child's room get a floor-to-ceiling window and others do not?

I wouldn't put the dryer in the pantry; it gives off a lot of heat. The issue with washing machine and dirt trap in the same room is often criticized here by ypg. We've had it like that for almost 3 years now and it works perfectly. No double washing. I don't wash clothes on the floor and the washed laundry doesn't go on the floor either. Wash clothes, take them out to dry or put them in the dryer or hang them on hangers in the utility room in the back part. From the dryer or hangers, fold them again and put them in the closet. But a sink where you enter. Being able to take off dirty shoes right after gardening and wash your hands, and to be able to put your work clothes there right away, is in my opinion perfect.

Guest WC so that a lot of light comes in. You can make it frosted. I thought that is actually something good. Children's room - the windows face the garage/carport. Therefore, they are just windows and not floor-to-ceiling. And from the appearance, the bathroom upstairs also only has one window. But I would have to think about it again. Knee wall is 1.50m.

Of course, it says there: Not "must no longer", but "may no longer" and so on. These prefabricated garage walls like Deutsche Reihenhaus / panel for people from the West would be reason enough for me to look elsewhere. Your "requirements" are sufficiently unspecific to be able to choose from a wide range of options. I would stick with a ready-made house / catalog model. Explain the origin story, how you ended up with an Icon.
