Actually, you always plan for the house sale - but even with 1.9 m you still have 70 cm on each side. I like it better this way. You just have to check because of the window - maybe a lot of meters of shelving and a dresser or something is enough - daylight when choosing clothes is also something.

Another idea 11x9 with a bay window over 2 floors for the dining area.

- 1.06 m for the WC with the sink is not good like this (there is not much passage width left)
- Missing the wardrobe
- Find the orientation of the sofa sad
- Door is somewhat unfortunate in the bedroom - although I initially thought the large room was the bedroom - I wouldn’t find that so bad. Bed under the slope, row of cabinets on one wall, row of cabinets on the wall at the top of the plan. Now I don’t understand what kind of room this is supposed to be. Especially since the 1.62 for a 60 cm cabinet row might be a bit tight - but it doesn’t have to be.

Otherwise, windows are missing.

Ok, I will check that again. Shoes under the platform stairs, jackets, etc. in the wardrobe under the stairs (is drawn in) Huh? There probably won’t be any slopes, two full floors and a hip roof. The two large rooms are children’s rooms facing south/garden. The door to the bedroom - that's why there is an extra 140 cm space there. How much space would be necessary? Yep, draft.

Then I find the second children's room very - let's say unique. 1.4 m is sufficient - I rather meant that you basically have the door in the way when you want to leave the room from the dressing area. Not the biggest drama but it can certainly be done differently.

I thought you couldn’t read anymore that designing a house is not only done by plans, but also includes the elevations. It is shown to you so often.

Then we have the dirt zone again in front of the stair entry, which you wanted to avoid.

Otherwise, I question most of the dimensions: for example with the 60s, neither a light switch, nor a door frame, nor a wardrobe fits on the wall.
