First house design and floor plan - your opinions are requested

I feel that the house could be a bit wider, about 0.5 meters.

I was thinking more like a whole meter, for the living room, vestibule, and utility room.

How steep is the slope within the building plot? How should the outdoor area be designed accordingly? How much are you allowed to fill according to [B’Plan]?

How do you get into the storage room under the stairs? What are the walls that are 26.5 and 39 cm thick made of? The garage could be more independent from the house in terms of height if you did without the intermediate door. Rotating views upside down makes the pictures easier to view.

I would always plan a living room with at least 4m depth. We have exactly 4m and I find it the minimum limit...

Otherwise, I have to say I like the floor plan!

Except for the windbreak, I really like the floor plan! In the living room, you could rotate the sofa 90° clockwise and plan a wall panel as a room divider to the dining room, on which the TV is mounted. That way, it wouldn’t be a problem that the living room turned out a bit narrow.

Why did you plan only a single floor-to-ceiling window in the whole house? The views seem a bit too uniform to me. But of course, that’s a matter of taste.

Otherwise, really nice! Especially the kitchen/dining/stairs area.
