a different question, in case it hasn’t been discussed here yet: Is everything okay with the Schufa? I also hope that the previous inquiries are only "pre-requests" that don’t all go directly into the Schufa....? That’s something to watch out for!

They are no longer pre-requests with us. We have already placed an order twice through Interhyp, which leads to a thorough check (and then to rejection) by the banks. The pre-requests were always positive.
The Sparkasse certainly did not cause an entry at SCHUFA. I would have to follow up on the one from ING yesterday.

One more note on the side in case it’s not known yet. You can easily set up your own online access with [Schufa] and check whether everything is in order.
Then you can also see promptly when which entries were made by the banks or whether other entries all fit or if your own scoring doesn’t spoil it.

I have had it for years. It just costs 10 EUR per year, but you keep getting notifications whenever it is recalculated. The funny thing is that my score went up by a whopping 2 percentage points last month. Exactly 1 year after I signed my two construction loans. So guys, take out more loans and pay your installments. Then at least the overall score goes up (whether my bank score looks just as good, I don’t know - you only get that with a paid self-disclosure).

I have also been using it for at least 10 years. However, I was not aware until now that the stated score differs from another "bank score"? Hmm, where did you get the info? :)
