The question is how quickly, in the current situation, one can find a buyer who doesn't back out just before the notary appointment and who is willing to pay the full appraised value.
Currently, there is fear going around that either the apartments will become more expensive (Betongold) or everything will collapse because no one has liquidity anymore. Therefore, I actually want to sit out the whole thing with the condominium in the portfolio.
