Who writes the price so big in red, and then makes a special price…. I find that very odd.

You should reconsider the garage. For my prefabricated garage with foundation etc. 3x9m I pay 10k€. Where do you put bicycles? Outside in the winter, in the rain? Every time after a trip to the basement? A garage is not a bad idea. At least a small one without extras.

I have one more question. What is an extendable faucet? And what do you need it for? Maybe I want one too… it's not too late yet :)

The roller shutters are not electric, he said electric ones would be much more expensive, so we did not discuss that anymore, 10k€ seems reasonable to me but not 18,800. This garage is supposed to be a prefabricated garage, unfortunately the calculation includes the garage with 2 doors. Actually, we wanted a bigger gate, which according to him is also much more expensive, around 3-4k euros.

:) We haven't done that yet, I will call there right away and request it. So far, we have only had the offer made and looked at the [model house], visited the plumbing company to see what is included in the standard. As a layperson, it is always difficult to assess whether the price is justified because you have no direct comparison, just like with the consumption forecast, I almost forgot^^
