We still have cheap plots *duck and away*

Basically, I would say the starting situation is good (just superficially considered). Why don’t you look for a plot and at the same time clarify what is possible with the financing. By the time you have the plot, several months or even years may pass. Until then, you will have saved more anyway.

Good morning, how are the 240000 for the house estimated or what kind of offer does the house price refer to? I don't think you can get a Kfw55 house for that... besides, there is also some level of expectation in the "gut gelebt" which should probably be reflected somewhat in the equipment.

- Own contribution rather less. Painting or laying flooring is realistically possible.
- NRW
- The 10,000 are in a savings account
- could ask my boss. Very good relationship but no idea how he sees it
- Special repayment is very realistic. The 5,000 is fixed net income, the average is higher since my salary is 3,300 net plus a flexible part.

Here in Do-South there is nothing.

I got the offer from a developer. It is not estimated, the offer amounts to €227,000. An acquaintance already built a house with the developer with 160 sqm (Kfw 70) for €192,000 1.5 years ago. The developer also has a good reputation with the Federation of Private Homeowners.

House price and house wish do not match in my opinion, even if in the end money for additional costs, painting, and outdoor facilities has been considered. Since I cannot see via Tapatalk where the construction is supposed to take place. Possibly in the far north just realistic. In the west and south we are clearly at the lower end of the prices.
