Your contributions to disability insurance are deducted from your gross income, meaning less salary, therefore less statutory pension. If you have to claim disability insurance, taxes will be added, then the pension will be offset against your disability insurance. In short: you will receive a bit more than the basic income support but relieve the taxpayers with your disability insurance.
