The following offers are unfortunately still missing.
Carport

Question about the heating system, what do you think would be the surcharge for a ground source heat pump?

Which costs are still missing as ancillary building costs?
Outdoor facilities are not an issue, because it will be built in the second row and the excavation does not have to go to a landfill but can be used on the adjacent field.

I hope to have the floor plans revised next week.

Thank you very much for your opinion.

Costs for the exterior facilities account for only a fraction of the disposal of the excavated soil. What about the access road, stair landing, splash guard, extension of a light well for a basement room, etc.?

How does this fit with the previously mentioned exterior dimensions?

A driveway is not needed, the property is accessed from the north where the parking spaces and carport are planned; that means only a paved path to the house is missing.
You are right about the landing and splash guard, I still have to inquire about that. Thanks

These are now the dimensions that may be built on with the given clearance areas, etc. But that was not what I was concerned with in the cost breakdown, rather only an evaluation of the offered prices; too high, low, what is missing... etc.
