however, it takes up space and freedom of movement, I am always in favor of clear decisions because then the rooms can often be used differently. But then the TV would be next to the child and bedroom, the bedroom with these cabinets and just under 16 sqm rather small. Then up there is a room alone, which is a living room... I can't explain it otherwise but it doesn't feel fluid to me, rather a makeshift solution that couldn't be achieved differently. I would really recommend you open a new thread with the now new project to reach out to everyone. I think there is still a lot of demand. Why not a larger living room/living spaces downstairs and the office upstairs?

140m2 is a very modest size. It is always associated with significant limitations. Go up to 160 and all your problems are solved.
