Sorry, poorly phrased. That is the market price in the Ingolstadt commuter belt. Not the one for us. :) We do NOT build turnkey. Detailed planning is not yet available.

Market standard, well. That naturally also depends on what equipment you want. Ask 100 people about the market standard price for a new car ;) As I said, don’t underestimate the amount of the installment. That’s a lot of money over many years. Good luck! And you hardly pay down any principal. That means even if the interest rates are down again in 10 years, there will still be a pretty large remaining amount.

What kind of interest rate and term does the building savings actually have and so on, how much money is in there, and how much part is debt? (It’s also a bit optimistic to consider the debt part as equity) Usually, they have quite a high repayment and such. I don’t want to speak badly of it, it’s more like, maybe one should also take a look at it?

There are 45k in it, 55k are then debt. It would have been eligible for allocation at 40k, but because of the term only later. Repayment is at 6 per mille, so 600€. Interest rate 1.99%. It should be paid off after at most 10 years.

Just throwing it out there: currently, with KfW funding, A+ house, and loan amount >= 400k, about 3.6 is possible for a 30-year fixed interest period. This way you have a current daily comparison.

I would currently put a big question mark behind KfW subsidies. There's a lot of money missing and the budget cuts will especially be applied where they demand people who actually wouldn't need support if they lowered their standards by one or two levels ;)
