it is 0.75% interest + 0.75% repayment if I have read that correctly.
For a KFW 55 house, the additional costs compared to a KFW 70 house are not insignificant. Here you definitely pay for the green conscience already

Fixed interest period with the financial service provider is 10 years, for 15 years it would be 1.9%

Depends on the standard. For KFW 70, the interest rate is definitely 1% and the repayment greater than 2%. The 0.75% applies to the KfW 55 efficiency house, but the standard does not come cheaply. I would at most choose KFW 70; everything else is not worthwhile in my opinion.

Good morning,
some time ago we faced the same problem and decided against financing with KFW because the interest advantage was less than the investments.

You never read that correctly. That would mean that the financing would still be running in 100 years...

But the other question regarding the comparison is, if I no longer want gas or oil as an energy source and decide on renewable energies such as a photovoltaic system or air-water heat pump, that also automatically entails other requirements. For example, insulation, possibly a ventilation system, and thus, in my opinion, one automatically strives for a better standard. Ultimately, however, it is up to each individual.

But that is just my point of view
