Finally building and still have a few questions

Have you actually ever thought about how the neighbors might feel if there is privacy screening everywhere and you isolate yourself like that?

That is why it is good to have development plans and guidelines for boundary constructions and plantings

Here finally comes the promised floor plan I am very curious about your opinion! I will also open a separate thread for this shortly. I am also attaching the site plan again.

I assume that one person doesn't care at all and the others are annoyed that they won't find out what is going on on the other side of the fence. But should I care? After all, I am building for myself and not for my neighbors.

On nighttime inspection:
The wardrobe is too narrow, cannot be used by two people at the same time, otherwise immobility, kitchen island too wide/deep, cannot be used because of the kitchen door, dressing room is too narrow at 120, you cannot move, turn or twist there, bedroom too narrow, on both sides of the bed barely 50 cm is too little (you hit your head getting up), bathroom situation shower/toilet/door does not work either (and who wants to sit on display in front of the entrance?), slalom walk through privacy screen (which was also very questionably placed here), dining table would have to be rotated, otherwise it does not fit for walking around.

Thank you dear Yvonne. This is not meant to represent a wardrobe. It’s just a niche for the vacuum cleaner etc. What do you mean by the kitchen island? The walking path is about 1.20 meters and the doors are sliding doors. The dressing room and bathroom are my big problem areas. Everything is just too tight... The free space in the dressing room is about 90 cm. I imagined that would be just enough. Do you really think that absolutely won’t work at all? Do you have another suggestion for the bathroom?? I would really be grateful. I worked on it for hours and I’m not really happy with it myself... What we want to keep: - Width of the bedroom (right now it’s even narrower and the knee wall is lower and we manage very well. - Toilet at the entrance. That was intentional. We want to be able to open the door at night and stand directly in front of the toilet. Thank you!

Just as a thought: neighbors can also be very helpful. For example, keeping an eye on the children, supporting, helping out of trouble, acting in emergencies, watching burglars, and so on...
