I don't think it's that bad. Unfortunately, the dimensions are a bit unclear. At least the outside measurements would be nice.
Bedroom next to the children's room is concerning - the wall should get extra soundproofing. ;)
The door to the parents' area could still be moved upwards on the plan. Access then to the dressing room and an extra door to the bed. That way one partner can get dressed and the other can keep sleeping.
The door to the kitchen opposite the stairs is missing, right? It's a pity that the space under the stairs is only dark and unused. Is the carpenter supposed to put something underneath here? I might divide the storage room and convert it into a wardrobe or should it be a full-fledged wardrobe?
