Best to check with the municipality, as there seem to be many shady people roaming around selling connections. I read something about it yesterday that it is completely chaotic.

Normally there is funding that covers everything. The pipe 1m inside the house is finished. Internal house (network cables etc) is the owner's responsibility.

In any case, ask the municipality before signing anything.

Yes, the providers offer this for free, otherwise the technically unskilled parts of the population would never do it. But be careful with the installation appointment, ours was in autumn 22, here the cable still lies outside instead of in the houses. I think you can count on about a year for that.

Haha. That would be nice. The BLS takes €2500 and that is already the subsidized price...

We already had discussions with BLS. On the one hand because it is legally questionable, on the other hand because we didn’t want to pay 2 mak for one service. Originally they only wanted 900 euros, the year after 2500. However, this price includes laying the pipe and blowing it in. But the pipe was laid together with the house connection. After a long back and forth, it was then only 450. When I asked how they think the pipe got into the ground, they actually wanted an invoice proof. My neighbor paid 900 euros, his own fault. Apart from the fact that with 2500 euros I would have every move listed, you have the right to do so. And then have it checked by a lawyer if necessary.

I doubt that the lawyer can do much if I commission it in '22 and the price list from 1.1.22 is known. I think the new buildings will simply be left empty-handed because earthworks and multi-utility connections are necessary anyway.

Warning new building, and the empty conduit was marked on the netze bw.
that means they would have collected 450 euros for a service not rendered.
and I don't believe that something like that is legally okay.
I know that they have increased from 900 to 2500, what the 1600 more suddenly costs is not clear to me.

The funding now is new, that was not the case in 2022.
had the same issue, only signed the contract in 2021, back then 900 euros.
