I have a problem. Deutsche Glas Giganetz has started a demand aggregation that they keep extending. I live in a district town.

In the neighborhoods, people have approved, but not in the city center. Now Telekom is ready to start and according to door-to-door sales, they say they will also expand.

I have withdrawn due to unreasonable construction measures. The company did not accept this and wants a reason.

Do you have any tips on how to get out of such a contract? We would prefer to do the whole thing with Telekom.

As I said, the acceptance deadline is also constantly being extended.

You only get the free connection if you sign a contract. They are not stupid either.

Upload the provider's terms and conditions here. What does it say about deadlines for preliminary contracts for demand bundling? If they do not expand: Will the contract then be canceled? How often can they extend the demand bundling?
