The following points have caught my attention:

- Kitchen cabinet space is quite limited
- Utility room very small, considering that no additional storage options are available
- What are all the cabinets in the bedroom for?
- Drain of the walk-in shower over the hallway? Have it checked to see if it works.
- Depending on the size, getting into the bathtub could also be problematic.
- Why is the garage set back to the rear?
- Path from the garage to the entrance is very long. How is the access supposed to work here?

Hello, I think the bathroom upstairs can be done much better. You have a relatively large free area in the middle that is probably not really used but always needs to be cleaned :(
The way from the garage to the house is very, very long. You should reconsider that as well.
Does the hallway upstairs get light from the stairwell (is the window raised)?

A few views would still be quite helpful. Where is the street located?

Where is north, which way does the road run? The garage situation is now somewhat questionable to me...

I would swap the utility room and office, you get two advantages, you can enter the house directly from the garage without having to walk all the way around the house, and the office has a better view (of course it depends on the location, which is not visible here).

I find this massive closet space in the bedroom very impractical; it also almost completely covers the window, which could make the sleeping area quite dark.

In the guest bathroom on the ground floor, I don't find the shower solution optimal, as the niche takes away space from the study, and somehow the whole thing seems like it was attempted but not well executed.

Personally, the kitchen would have too little counter space for me, and besides, you first have to walk quite a distance with groceries before reaching the kitchen.
