Well, the issue with the return step is still up for debate at the moment, I'll probably really leave it out. What do I have to pay attention to with the stairs (for the stairlift), wider or more space around at the bottom?

Our main problem in the living room is the big couch, it doesn't really fit against an exterior wall. But it is quite new and if it fits there, everything else will fit in as well.
The way it is positioned now, you can enjoy a wonderful view outside, there is really a beautiful view of the greenery...

We have slightly adjusted the floor plan again, please tear it apart with your opinions. o_O

The dining area is 15.3 sqm, somehow that information disappeared...
Unfortunately, there are no views yet, the windows are not quite final.

: Do you have experience with stairlifts? What would still need to be adjusted in the floor plan to realize something like that later with little cost and effort?

I find the bedroom much too big, do you want to dance in it?

Well, the alternative would be a bigger bathroom (wall a bit to the left), I already find that big enough...

I would move the front door towards the stairs and change the hinge so that the wardrobe can be placed on the wall next to the technical room. Currently, there is no space for that.

In my opinion, the kitchen has too many doors too close together and therefore can’t be used nicely despite its size.

What about the site plan? Has there ever been one? Otherwise, it’s hard to assess the whole package.

Theoretically, I prefer the old version of the ground floor with dining + kitchen together, and the living room separate, rather than everything separate as it is now. Maybe just leave the passage between kitchen and dining open?

Regarding the upper floor:
First, place all doors in the children’s rooms so that there is space behind them for a 60 cm wardrobe. Even if something else is placed behind later, this way you lose less usable space.

I would enlarge the bathroom and carve out a corner of it for the utility room. Not at the expense of the children’s rooms.

I would put the double bed against the north wall, then you have two interior walls for wardrobes.
