Next week we will get our floor slab! Construction started on 14.04.20 We had a major delay. However, Massivhaus Wonnegau was not to blame for that! We had problems with the building authority. We waited over 4 months for our building permit. We are very satisfied with MW. Sure, there were a few little problems. But they were quickly resolved. May I ask where you want to build? You could possibly take a look at the construction site. Best regards

I just took a look at their website and I am very impressed. Not because the houses are so beautiful – I like very few of them, their builders simply have different tastes than I do – but this provider stands out with something I rarely see: the References page shows dozens of completed houses with postal codes and street addresses, so prospective buyers can form their own opinions; and with a clear focus on the region (which in my opinion is what distinguishes a recommendable partner, so no burn-and-run), mostly in WO/MZ/HP. Quite dominant in their customer base are heating systems with the "outdoor units" that I really don’t like.

Tastes are different. Fortunately. But before we signed, we inspected some houses. You just have to be aware of what you want. Best from the very beginning. The forum and contact with former builders helped me a lot. But still, I would plan a few things differently.

Above all, tastes can be clearly seen in built customer projects – there you can see whether the typical customers of a provider think similarly to yourself. That says a lot about how the "chemistry" will be. Therefore, I very much appreciate that this provider shows its references so illustratively that, as an interested party, you can create your own route, drive by the projects, and form your own opinion. From my point of view, there are more "fits me" and "does not fit me" providers than "good" or "bad" ones – but the "absolutely" bad ones at least reliably share the trait that their references are not transparent (and are glossy, not like with this provider where the driveway is still unpaved in the photo). Therefore, this provider seems to me recommendable or at least worth considering, even if he probably would not suit me personally (for me he would be ruled out for another reason anyway: simply because not in my region). My motto is always "your own eyes see 'more' than someone else's," so I would neither believe you nor myself nor anyone else met only once on the internet but would check myself. And for that, references help not in a poetry album, but with location and street – in other words, "horse and rider."
