Next week we are getting our floor slab! Construction started on 14.04.20 We had a major delay. Although Massivhaus Wonnegau was not to blame! We had problems with the building authority. We waited over 4 months for our building permit. We are very satisfied with MW. Of course there were a few little problems. But they were quickly resolved. May I ask where you want to build? Hi No. There was no concrete date at the time of contract signing. That still depends on various factors. We waited a long time for our building permit. I would have to guess when the architect got in touch. I think it took about 6 weeks. But it felt very long to us. After signing, the enthusiasm is very high, and you would prefer to start immediately. Yes, there is a completion date. 8 months from the start of construction. Although, again, various factors play a role there. Interest-free period 1 year.
